Founder Edition timing
Founder Edition collections are normally reviewed and delivered within two business days after payment. If clarification or recovery is needed, support will contact the buyer or provide a status update.
Download Vault
Customers receive token-protected vault access. Tokens can expire, be revoked, or be reissued by support after review.
Email delivery
Delivery email contains a vault link, not signed asset URLs. Email logs do not store raw download tokens.
Corrections
Support reviews incorrect recipient details, occasion details, missing files, broken files, and delivery defects. Requests for a different subjective design are reviewed individually and are not promised as unlimited revisions.
No shipping
This digital delivery does not include printed goods, frames, shipping, customs, or physical fulfillment.
